Research on the in-depth application of logistics information management mode in ERP system

at present, information "overload" in ERP system has become a major symptom of many enterprises. The "massive" and disorderly information accumulated day after day, on the one hand, constantly consumes the information resources of enterprises, on the other hand, it is easy to mislead decisions. This paper takes Guangdong Kelong accessories company's optimization of ERP logistics information management mode as an example to analyze the main reasons for the information overload of ERP traditional logistics information management mode

1. Classification of logistics

from the perspective of information application, we can simply divide logistics into three categories. One is physical logistics, the other is geographically distributed logistics, and the other is mechanical logistics. The three logistics have their own emphasis on information management mode

1.1 physical logistics is usually used in manufacturing enterprises. Its characteristic is that logistics has strong value-added during manufacturing. Scholars and managers have long studied how to create the maximum value-added space, and the key object is manufacturing cost management

1.2 geographically distributed logistics is typically used in distribution oriented sales companies. In addition, in order to cooperate with the financial personnel in the capital management of logistics, if there is a gap in the evaluation of logistics management level, the original documents will be submitted to "reconciliation" one by one until the loss of funds is found. In case of violation of regulations, those who are light will be punished, and those who are serious will be submitted to legal sanctions

since materials are the assets of the state or enterprises, enterprises pay special attention to management. In order to manage materials well, each enterprise has designed its own logistics management mode, including logistics lines, channels and warehouses (called nodes in logistics information mode). Warehouse is the cache location of materials. The more warehouses there are in an enterprise, the clearer the logistics management will be, and the more accurate the production cost of products will be calculated. However, the cost of such management will increase, and the processing capacity of information will also increase. (1) there are too many logistics nodes and too many warehouses, resulting in too long logistics lines. 2.3 online effect

The logistics data can be queried timely and accurately. However, it is difficult to achieve the effect of managing and controlling logistics. The reason is very simple. The traditional logistics information management mode is originally the way of "post management", which can only see the data clearly and do "post-processing"

3. optimized logistics information management mode

the traditional information management mode is hard moved to ERP system. On the one hand, enterprises have obtained a large number of timely and accurate logistics data. On the other hand, in the face of these "massive" logistics data. Enterprises can't help but marvel at it: how can it be like this? Is it true that our employees are busy inputting data every day, and all departments require additional personnel to report these data
